Emergency Contact

Please note, your emergency contact must be in town and available to wait with your pet if they need to go to the emergency vet. Because of the effect COVID has had on wait times, we would need to meet them at the vet and leave your dog in their care until the dog has been released. We will also reach out to your emergency contact if we run out of your dog’s food or medication. Please give them our contact number so they are not surprised if we need to reach them.

We know how hard it can be to leave your dog, no matter how well you know the people watching them. Rest assured, if you’ve made sure they are comfortable in their crate, then we will do everything on our end to ensure they have a fun stay, and we’ll send you frequent photos and videos to show you what they are up to.

In addition to shorter potty breaks throughout the day, your dog will also get several extended times for exercise, play and socialization outside. The schedule does vary slightly depending on weather and the needs of the dogs joining us but in general most days will include:

  • Morning and afternoon and pre-bed potty break

  • Breakfast and Dinner

  • Outside exercise/play/socialization time

  • Quiet time

Thank you for trusting us with your dog. We look forward to having them with us.
